In case of malfunction a power-on reset should be performed first. See the section called “Restarting the P2 Panel”.
Should the power-on reset procedure fail to reset panel components, interrupt the power supply for at least 30 seconds. This will trigger a power-off reset. Cognitec suggests using a switchable power supply. A switchable power supply is available as optional equipment.
