On request, Cognitec support will provide an executable, that supports the remote application of Firmware Uptdates, eliminating the need to use the Configuration Interface. The executable is available for Windows and Linux platforms and is designed to be run in bash (Linux) or PowerShell (Windows). All relevant files are provided in a zip archive.
