Mounting Height

The mounting height of the P2 panel depends on the estimated position and height of a person in front of the P2 panel. No specific dimensions can be given, because there are many different ways on how to integrate a P2 panel in your border-control environment. The following dimensions apply to a common scenario:

  • The distance between the P2 panel and the person is at least 400 mm and not greater than 1000 mm.

  • The bottom of the panel's chassis is 1035 mm above the ground on which the person stands. The top is 2091 mm above the ground. (P2--100 models with 600 mm stroke)

  • The bottom of the panel's chassis is 835 mm above the ground on which the person stands. The top is 2101 mm above the ground. (P2--200 with 800 mm stroke)

[Important]

To ensure correct operation of all features of the P2 panel, the correct mounting height needs to be set in the Configuration Interface. See the section called “Setting the Mounting Height” for details.
