P2 Panel Identification

A type label with information to identify the P2 panel is located at the bottom of the chassis. The following information is printed on the type label:

  • model number: The model number typically consists of the P2-, 3 digits, and a letter. The model number allows allocation of connection type, stroke length, focus distance and hardware version.

  • serial number: The serial number typically consists of 6 digits. The serial number is unique for each P2 panel and allows allocation of the built-in components, for example, the mobile unit.

  • placeholder for MAC address of the P2 panel: The MAC address is the hardware address of the P2 panel, which is used as a unique identifier in networks.

  • placeholder for bar code

  • indication of origin

  • company information

You find the model number, serial number, and MAC address in the web interface of the P2 panel, too.
