Dismounting the P2 Panel

Scratching of optical parts due to dust or foreign matter

  • Keep the mounting environment free of dust, dirt, or other polluting elements that could get between the glass cover and the camera.

  • Do not touch the display or camera.

Procedure

Prerequisites:

  • Tools and parts required for your mounting scenario are at hand.

  • A second person may be required to mount and dismount the P2 panel.

  • Depending on your mounting scenario, it can be necessary to dismount the glass cover before dismounting the P2 panel.

  1. Cover a flat surface of the size of the P2 panel with a protective sheet.

  2. Disconnect the cables in the following order:

    1. data connection

    2. power supply

  3. Put on gloves to protect your hands during dismounting and for a better grip while holding the P2 panel.

  4. [Note]

    Damage of the P2 panel due to improper mounting

    • Use a second person to hold the P2 panel in an upright position during mounting.

    Loosen the screws on the adhesive mounts or release the suction cups to dismount the P2 panel.

  5. Place the P2 panel on the protective sheet with its front facing upwards.

  6. Wrap the protective sheet around the P2 panel.
