The panel chassis contains 8 LEDs for active illumination. The LEDs are designed for high color fidelity and fitted with special optics to ensure a uniform light distribution. The intensity of the illumination is continuously adjusted based on analysis of frames captured by the portrait camera. Camera exposure and illumination are coordinated to minimize exposure to prevent motion blur while mitigating dazzle.
